Forrest Nursery currently employs 60 permanent staff and up to 40 itinerant staff depending on seasonal need.

The itinerant staff are usually backpackers. Given the proximity of the nurseries to Perth and Darwin there is a ready supply of backpackers who are able to commence work within 24 hours of requesting their services.

Forrest Nursery takes care in providing its staff with a safe workplace and complies with the Occupation, Heath and Safety regulation and all other relevant laws.
